HELP US BUILD A DOG PARK & COMMUNITY SPACE IN OAKLAND!

We’ve officially launched the Paws & Pasture Community Foundation with one big dream: to purchase the land behind our building and transform it into a community dog park and farmers market space—a place where families, farmers, and DOGGOS can gather, play, and thrive.

We’re already applying for grants and exploring every possible avenue of funding to secure this property. But the recent letter from the city has left us deeply worried that our vision may be slipping out of reach. Other buyers have requested to rezone the land to industrial use for storage units, and that would erase the opportunity for a community-centered space before it ever has a chance to exist.

We want this land to become something special—an inviting, joyful, safe place for community events, local growers, and of course, all the pups who deserve a place to run free. But if this dream is going to stand a chance, we can’t do it alone. We need HELP.
